Catherine Extremehaircut

time of Nashi

The Nashi is a fruit of Chinese / Japanese, little known in Italy ... so my father in law has a few plants! It 's a fan of unusual plants.

This is a fruit resembling a small apple, but with the peel, pulp and flavor similar to that of a pear, the harvesting season is this, from August to September.
I thought I'd combine them with pine nuts and I was not disappointed, a cake was simple and very flexible, also liked the little frog home.
